Given that my long-term retirement plans have been completely fucked by Covid and all I see is not a light at the end of the tunnel but a more luminous variant coming my way, I might well get myself a season ticket this year ,as I don't expect any significant changes any time soon.

I've never had a season ticket and probably only attend matches 3 or 4 times a season.
Yet I had someone from the club phone me the other day asking if I'd like to buy a season ticket. So much for a waiting list

This is just my guesswork, but I'd be surprised if printing at home was an option long-term. It kind of defeats the object of the exercise.

Ernie I could have sworn I saw a reference to printing tickets in one of the emails from the Club re the Atalanta game. I may have imagined it.

Fifth - if it’s the same as Southampton then yes. If you had no smartphone and no printer then you had to collect from TO on the day

Ernie is correct.We have asked West Ham for an urgent meeting to raise supporters concerns.One Iron is one of many,as am I,There has to be an alternative in place that our supporters are happy with.

Atalanta game and first 3 league games will be digital tkts.
Can only get paper tkt on day of game from tkt office

Not sure if the whole Season Ticket waiting list issue has been raised recently, but one of my boys and two of his mates applied and got season tickets for next season.
The 'waiting list' seems to have evaporated as all of them were lapsed members....neither of his mates have ever had season tickets and his last one was at UP about 10 years ago.

I just had a good experience with the ticket office in relocating seats. The bloke was helpful both just in doing the job and because the line quality was terrible but he was very patient and sorted it after about 20 minutes. That's almost a first. I emailed his both to say thank you as it's such a rare occurrence.

Just spoke to ticket office. It's not certain they will do digital season tickets, still yet to be decided.
Also, the ID thing is for Covid track and trace. I suspect a ball ache for them as much as it is for us. Doubt it will be enthusiastically enforced.

Bit annoying as my phone battery packs it in every now and then. Night games will be an issue for that reason for a few I imagine.

Not been on here for a while but wanted to ask if this is a piss take? I have asked for my club cash refund of £190 and told to call at the end of june to request it. I will not be renewing my ST and the deadline has passed. It may suit them to do things in that order but they have had my money long enough now and I need it. Can they even tell me to wait that long legally? I can't see anything in the t&cs

And also give you back 1/19 of your ST value but sell your seat to someone else for about twice the price if you’re not giving it to someone you know.
All about the money.
